Real estate is all about location. That’s true even in a small town like Bromölla. But when the local housing developer tried to rent 52 new, water-front flats, people weren’t lining up. So, we singled out empty nesters as our audience, and let them know just how close they could be to everything that mattered to them. This social messaging touched a nerve, and before the campaign had run its course, every flat was rented.
