“We have both worked with large agencies in Sweden, Denmark, and the US, where we’ve experienced plenty of unhealthy company cultures. Mustasch is the complete opposite. We’re convinced that you can run a successful agency by incorporating sustainable ways of working and a healthy balance between life and work. By being an employer who takes responsibility above and beyond the standard, we are building an agency with people who actively wants to be a part of it. Our goal is that the day you’re thinking back on your life, the time you spent being a “mustasch” should be one of the best and most rewarding times of your life.”

The following list are things that are given to us at Mustasch:

Occupational pension

Only 2 out of 10 agencies offers occupational pension to their employees. That is outrageous! We want you to live as a queen or king when your working days are over. We have from the start taken an active choice to offer pension even if you’re on parental leave and even if you choose to work part-time once you’re back.


When Mustasch is making a profit and has a good demand, we hand out a bonus. The bonus is equal for all and is based on your working time. If you work full-time you get 1 cut, half-time gives you 0,5. It gives you a feeling of being part of the agency’s success, without taking a risk, which we believe is important to create a common responsibility and engagement for the wellbeing of Mustasch.

Work-Life Balance

The lines between work and personal life are blurry these days. For you to be able to keep shining as the star you are – both at home and at work, we have a flexible office policy and working hours. We spend our time working when it’s the most valuable to our clients and our co-workers. Everyone appreciates working closely together, but there are days when it suits you better to work from home or somewhere else. That way you can keep a healthy balance between what you deliver at work and how you spend the rest of your day.

Equal allocation of work

It’s very important for us to avoid a culture of working overtime. That’s why we work daily on allocating tasks in order to minimize working long hours. By doing so, we can both be profitable and stay strong and healthy. Let us be clear – a fulltime job for us means on average 40 hours per week.

Long-term focus on fellowship and wellbeing

At Mustasch we prefer to walk the walk and not just talk the talk. To really live our culture, we set time aside on Mondays and Fridays to “log-in” and “log-out”. We use this time to go around the table and share highlights from the weekend and on Friday we give each other positive feedback for something that happened during the week. By doing this, we get to know each other better, we learn to trust each other, and we grow as a team.

Extra Curriculum Activities

At least four times a year we all get together for some well needed quality time. It can include traveling somewhere to discuss strategy and the future, learn something new or just having fun.

Healthcare and wellbeing

Wellbeing includes having a body that is healthy and strong. To help achieve this, we’re proactively working for an office environment to best suit your needs. We have a work-out / relax room in Karlskrona, and we encourage you to use it as you please. Of course you have a height adjustable desk, and customized equipment to prevent work related injuries. We want our offices to feel like home, where you can take care of yourself.

Pitching by the rules

We are working proactively to influence our colleagues in the industry as well as our clients to sell and purchase our services in a sustainable way. This means we don’t let our existing clients pay for time spent pitching and essentially working for free to get new business. To be clear, as one of our clients you can rest assured knowing you are not contributing to an unhealthy industry and that no other brand gets work done for free.
